Microlending Ourselves for a Cause

Wharton Professor Adam Grant in Successful Givers, Toxic Takers, and the Life We Spend at Work reminds us that most of us, "think about giving time and giving money. We don’t think as much about how we can make microloans of our knowledge, our skills, our connections, to other people.” This is our challenge as we have grow into a healthy learning community. As we move forward in the spirit of continuous improvement, there won't be many additional moments of huge change, but there will be daily nudges that we provide colleagues to fine tune our practices.
